Real-time collaborative idea-management application.
IdeaPortal lets collaborators prepare and submit applications for Fraunhofer grants. A team creates an application, invites selected participants, and develops the proposal in a private shared room. The room combines an activity stream, brainstorming, a Kanban board, cooperative text editing, and time planning. The platform keeps the application and its collaboration history together. Program managers can follow the work, understand previous decisions, and help the team move toward submission or the next project stage.
